Holysh*t, we just hit an 80K month. Creative Circle Collective has reached an incredible milestone: $80,000 in monthly revenue! 🎉 This journey has been wild, and I want to share some key insights: 1. Consistency is Key: Even on days when I’m not feeling it, I have to get up and run the business. It doesn’t matter if I’m stressed, the kids are sick, or it’s just a tough day. 🛌 ➡️ 🏃🏽♀️ Consistency is what keeps the momentum going. 2. Marathon, Not a Sprint: Running a business is a long-term commitment. 🏃🏽♀️ It’s about planting seeds, nurturing them, and investing time and effort consistently. 🌱🌿 3. Leverage Your Network: The connections you make will absolutely support you. 💬 I’m grateful for the amazing people in my network who push business my way, listen to my venting sessions, and believe in me even during tough times. 🤗 4. Trust Your Team: Trust is essential. 🙌 I have to rely on my team to execute our vision and deliver on our promises to clients. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆…✨ One year ago, I left the big old corporate world & started building the foundations of my business '𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲', which launched in January. The journey has been challenging, but it’s also been one of the most fulfilling years of my life. Along the way, I have met some amazing people through networking🤝, worked with some great clients💼 and bagged a number of new skills along the way 🤹🏻♀️! Do I really want to show up here again tonight? Anyways, it's not everyday I feel like doing things that really matters. Some days it takes extra push to keep going. I'm here to tonight to talk about the main Challenges I'm facing as a Creative and a Telexpert. Lack of time: Balancing my design work with the phone repair workshop schedule has proven to be quite the juggling act. Finding time to dedicate to both areas can sometimes feel overwhelming. I've had to prioritize my tasks and learn the art of Time management to ensure I'm making progress in both fields. Creativity block: stepping into a new domain bring its own set of creative challenges. At times, I find myself struggling with creativity block especially when trying to merge my design skills with technical knowledge. It's a constant reminder that innovation often comes from stepping out of your comfort zones. Despite these challenges, I'm committed to pushing through and expanding my skill set. I believe that every obstacle is an opportunity for growth, and I'm excited to see where this journey will take me

It's hard to believe that it's been a year since I took the leap and launched marketminds. In the last couple of days, I have been reflecting on this milestone, and I realized that last week in Boston, I unconsciously bought a "Just Do It" hat – and the more I think about it it's not a coincidence. As the year draws to a close, I'm taking a moment to reflect on the professional journey we've all navigated in 2024. The end of the year presents a unique opportunity to pause, assess, and strategically plan for the future. For me, I listed out the big areas of my life, including work, relationships, health, etc. and worked out what were some wins, and some reflections. One theme I’ve heard through the second half of is year is how tired people are feeling. And with good reason! Now is the perfect time to conduct a thoughtful professional review.
