After some time reflecting and traveling through the Dolomites, I’m excited to share that I’m stepping away from Digitl to take a well-deserved break. Being part of starting a company from scratch has been both a challenging and rewarding experience. Watching things grow from a blank sheet of paper to acquiring clients, building teams, processes, and products, and contributing to the culture has been incredible...but this is just the beginning for Digitl, and I’m excited to see where they’ll go next 🚀 . It’s always a bit weird figuring out whether or not to write one of these posts, but I think it’s important. This isn’t just a farewell, it's a message to those who are thinking about making a change, need a reset and may be scared to take that leap. Believe in yourself. Trust the process. To my wonderful team, management, and the Swiss office, THANK YOU for your trust and support 🙏. A special shoutout to the incredible Googlers I worked with globally and in Zurich. Your collaboration and insights have been truly inspiring. And to everyone I’ve connected with, thank you for all the geeking out, learning, conversations, and shared ideas. I look forward to seeing where our paths cross again. Let’s stay in touch! For now, I’m focused on spending time with friends and family, traveling, and following my curiosity. P.S.: I’m keeping this tag-free, but you know who you are! Thank you for being part of this journey. 😊 To new beginnings 😎
What a lovely post Devinson! You look so well, clearly the Dolomites suit you! If you’re ever in London, drop me a line, it would be fun to catch up after all these years! Funnily enough I’m in Madrid right now 🇪🇸
Off to new heights! :) Enjoy your break, Dev! And should your travels ever take you to Munich, please let me know and we'll catch-up in person. It's been way too long and I'm sure there is much to tell on either side.
It can't be easy to arrive at such a major decision, congratulations are in order! Wishing you all the best for the next chapter and enjoy the quality time right now. Let me know if you're ever in the NYC area!
Definitely a well deserved break Dev! It was great working with you and enjoy your time off traveling!
I remember the iterview in Digitl and even though I was rejected and sad about it, it was the nicest and most professional rejection with your feedback afterward. Keep up being awesome whenever you will be!
Looks great Dev! Have a fantastic time with new perspectives. 🙌 You will be missed.
Come visit me in France!!
“to new beginnings“ - all the best for what is ahead Devinson Peña
