Don’t miss tomorrow’s webinar on transforming embedded development for RISC-V. Join us for a practical session about the collaboration between IAR and Renesas Electronics, which is setting new benchmarks in embedded development with the launch of Renesas's first general-purpose RISC-V MCUs. The combination of IAR's powerful solutions, the Renesas Smart Configurator toolkit, and the Renesas Fast Prototyping Board (Renesas FBP-R9A02G021) will lead to highly improved productivity and innovation in RISC-V applications. Learn about our streamlined development process enhanced with compiler optimizations, advanced debugging, and in-built code analysis. These advancements not only ensure functional safety from the beginning but also fit seamlessly into modern development workflows, including CI/CD. Secure your spot now! 🚀 Reflecting on my first project as an Embedded Software Engineer: I developed a Embedded software for handheld device featuring 16 keys and 13 LEDs, communicating with a main device via UART protocol with checksum verification. Here's what I learned: 1. Mastering clock frequency setup for precise timing. 2. Navigating GPIO pins to control hardware components effectively. 3. Configuring UART baud rates for reliable serial communication. 4. Utilizing interrupts to handle asynchronous events efficiently. 5. Understanding key debouncing techniques and distinguishing between short and long key presses. Excited to leverage these learnings in future projects! #EmbeddedSystems #FirmwareDevelopment #LearningJourney 🎓🔧
