🚀 Expressions of Interest Now Open for the Historic Boiler House at 1909 Subi East! 🚀 We are excited to launch an Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign for the Boiler House at 1909 Subi East (former PMH site). We are targeting visionary operators with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in similarly unique venues across the country. The flexible layout and connection to surrounding amenities positions it perfectly to accommodate hospitality, commercial or community uses. With its prime location within a key inner-city precinct, the Boiler House will play a vital role in the activation of 1909 and resonate within the broader context of Subiaco and West Perth. 📅 EOI opens on Wednesday 6th November 2024 and closes on Wednesday 4th December 2024 at 2pm (WST). As part of the selection process, interested parties will be assessed on: • Company, organisation, or group profile • Proposed tenancy description/vision • Relevant experience and successful outcomes • Financial capacity to deliver on the vision This is your chance to shape the future of one of Western Australia’s most exciting redevelopment projects. Follow the link below to download the EOI documentation and submit your vision for the Boiler House.
