DevelopmentWA were thrilled to have the opportunity to speak at the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. 'What's Down the Track' forum this week. DevelopmentWA Senior Development Manager David Cooper presented on our latest developments, from residential, through to industrial. We were excited to share the latest on our Kalgoorlie residential estate, Greenview at Karlkurla, where Stage 4 Residential lots are now available for sale. We also announced that we will be expanding the Anzac Industrial Estate. The expansion, Yilkari Industrial Park, will have 26 General Industrial lots available in 2025. It will deliver 120 general industrial lots over the next 20-25 years. It was a great event - a big thank you again to the organisers Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc.!
