There are lots of great things happening for our clients on the Gold Coast, as highlighted in today’s issue of The Australian Financial Review.   S. & S. Projects headed by Paul Gedoun has recorded an incredible $40 million in sales in just two weeks on its luxury $200 million Radia residences in Rainbow Bay. The development offers 38 premium apartments from $2 million.    Azzura Investments Limited has also achieved an outstanding $40 million in sales in less than a month, on the company’s $650 million Monarch Place. Monarch Place will form part of Robert Badalotti’s $3.8 billion Imperial Square project at Southport. Marquee Developments has also recently commenced construction on its absolute beachfront La Belle Palm Beach and has sold more than 70% of the 75 residences.    Additionally, Malaysian conglomerate has doubled down on its confidence in the Gold Coast with the purchase of its second development site, located opposite the Broadwater Parkland’s light rail, the 1,743sqm site at 20 Queen Street, Southport.   This acquisition follows the stellar success of MRCB’s $500 million 26 Vista project in Surfers Paradise, one of the fastest-selling projects on the Gold Coast in the past 12 months.   Read the story in The Australian’s Real Commercial supplement and the Gold Coast Bulletin.
