Hi Connections, I am happy to share that I finished my first session on Product Foundations which was mentored by John B. Park, Former Product Head of Google. Here are the insights from the session: 1️⃣ The Innovation Cycle: Learning, Designing, Executing through Abstract Conceptualization, Concrete Experience, Reflective Observation, and Active Experimentation. 2️⃣"How Might We…" Questions: Turning user challenges into opportunities by asking Why?, finding answers, and reframing with HMW questions. - Example: - Why do I struggle with decision-making? → Lack of facts and visuals. - HMW create tools with user-friendly visuals to improve decision-making? 3️⃣ Prototyping: Quickly building solutions to address real user needs. 4️⃣ Key Takeaway: It’s all about the users. Amidst agile ceremonies, we often forget why we’re doing agile. It is to create value for users. Excited for the next four days of growth and insights! #ProductManagement #DesignThinking #UserCentricity #Innovation #Prototyping

🌱 "Scope Doesn't Creep; Understanding Grows!" 🌱 This has always been one of my favorite quotes from Jeff Patton's book "User Story Mapping." It resonates deeply with the essence of agile product development. 🚀 In the dynamic landscape of product development, it's essential to acknowledge that the evolution of understanding is not a sign of failure but a testament to learning and adaptation. 📈💡 As we embark on our journey of creating impactful products, let's embrace this notion wholeheartedly. Instead of fearing scope creep, let's welcome the growth of understanding. 🌟 Every iteration, every conversation with users, every pivot is an opportunity for our comprehension to deepen, aligning more closely with the needs and aspirations of our users. 💬🤝 Let's foster environments where this growth is not only accepted but celebrated—a culture where learning is valued as much as delivery. 🎉 Remember, in the realm of product development, it's not about controlling scope but nurturing understanding—a journey of continuous improvement and discovery. 🌱✨ #ProductDevelopment #AgileMindset #ContinuousLearning #UserExperience #Innovation #ProductManagement #innercirclechallenge

Hi Everyone, This is the learning from Session 9 of the Fellowship Product Management Program by @Grow Junction. Topic: Technology 101 for PMs Part-2 ##My learnings from this session Technological knowledge is crucial for Product Managers as it enables them to make informed decisions, effectively communicate with development teams, and understand the feasibility and implications of technical choices. It also helps in identifying innovative solutions and ensuring the product's alignment with current technological trends and capabilities. The Agile Development Lifecycle in product management emphasizes iterative progress through continuous planning, development, testing, and review in short cycles or sprints. This approach promotes flexibility, customer feedback integration, and rapid delivery of functional product increments. A product prototyping strategy involves creating iterative, low-fidelity versions of a product to test concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs before full-scale development. Wireframing involves creating simplified, schematic representations of a user interface, and Figma is a popular design tool used for creating and collaborating on these wireframes in real-time. System design in product management involves defining the architecture and structure of a product to meet functional requirements and scale effectively, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance. Thanks to the mentor #Kunal Parekh #Growjunction #fellowgrowjunction #productmanagment
