As of this week, we are excited to have officially commenced our second dentist training program for 2024. We are so excited to onboard a fantastic new group of clinicians who will be joining us at various locations, enriching our team with their skills and expertise. So far this year, we have achieved tremendous progress with our existing team members, and we are incredibly enthusiastic about the prospect of continuing to expand and enhance our team even further. The addition of these new clinicians not only strengthens our capabilities but also allows us to provide even better care and service to our patients.

MEE (Medical Equipment Europe) PFT Machine's End User Training at SQUH from the principal. Simon visited the SQUH and supported AlZuhd Medical Supplies and the end-user. Even a single portion should not be missed while demonstrating a new machine. The perfect training for our end users with two different sessions is the goal that we achieved! Yes! The first session was after installation, and the second session was after they used the machine. We hope one can easily understand our vision. Most principals are eager to stay in the online session. But you cannot always succeed online. Theory, practice, difficulties, lag, and maneuver are not easy to fulfil online. Feather is supposed to touch your body to feel the softness! After installation, the end user will face more difficulties, and they may run a machine with half confidence. They have a lot of doubts when they enter the room in the morning. Also, the same will kill them even when they write reports. We cannot just skip a report. It's a conclusion that decides the patient's dose and saves the patient's lungs! Simon's second visit fulfilled the requirements. So, we always suggest offline classes, and that will really shine the light on modern technologies with confidence! Sultan Qaboos University Hospital @Medical Equipment Europe AlZuhd Medical Supplies

This technician training manual allows your new employees without healthcare background to become ophthalmic technicians. It is based on the premise that understanding why we perform our skills is just as important as performing them correctly. https://lnkd.in/gHCDP4Px

You know how overwhelming and a little defeating it can be to juggle ALL the tasks that come with being a dental hygienist? You have to balance treatment, admin, and everyday operations altogether while taking care of your family. So, how do you break free from this? Simple. Instead of adding more hours to your daily operation, you want to figure out how to work SMARTER. Here are some smart moves you can do: 👉 Incorporate NEW technology in patient care. 👉 Optimize your scheduling system for better time management. 👉 Implement efficient charting and documentation practices. 👉 Streamline your sterilization and prep procedures. 👉 Develop a system for patient education and follow-ups. These power moves will help you streamline your workflow and become more efficient in every scaling session, periodontal exam, and more. Now, you might not realize this yet, but there are also two SURPRISING ways to streamline your process. The first is NETWORKING. 👭 This allows you to learn from others' experiences, share best practices, and discover solutions to common challenges. This way, you learn from others and then implement what fits your practice. Next is CONTINUING EDUCATION. You see, being able to stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies will help you provide better care to your patients. It gives you the knowledge, skills, and trends you need to improve in every change. This is also the reason why I always tell you to keep learning if you want to be in the forefront of the industry. Now, here’s the best part: you don’t have to spend a HUGE amount of money to get access to a network of professionals and continuing education… The P3 (Precision, Power, Prevention) event exactly gives you the chance to enhance your skills AND network with more passionate clinicians… Which are big factors in optimizing your workflow and taking your practice to the next level. You’re hitting two birds in one stone. ✊ Secure your spot today: https://lnkd.in/gkku64Gt

🌟 3 Cost-Effective Training Strategies for Busy Clinical Preceptors 🌟 Keeping up with training while managing patient care is challenging, but these simple, budget-friendly strategies can help preceptors train effectively without disrupting unit workflow: 1️⃣ Shadow & Reflect: Start shifts with a structured 5-minute huddle to set daily learning goals. Mentees shadow preceptors during key tasks, then briefly reflect afterward, reinforcing learning without extra steps. 2️⃣ Peer Support Rotations: Pair mentees with other experienced staff on slower days. This distributes training responsibilities and provides varied perspectives, reducing the load on primary preceptors. 3️⃣ End-of-Shift Quick Recaps: Spend 5 minutes at the end of shifts on a quick Q&A with mentees. It allows for real-time feedback and helps mentees retain information without long, formal sessions. These practical strategies keep training effective, cost-efficient, and smoothly integrated into unit workflows! 💡
