Your landing page gets the most attention, and your services page explains what you offer, but neither of them does what your About page/section can… I recently helped a dental client revamp her About Me section, and she was so happy with how it turned out! She wanted something that didn’t just list her qualifications but connected with potential patients. Here’s what I focused on👇 ✅ Making It Personal: People want to know the person behind the practice. Instead of just listing her degrees , I focused on 👉🏻 her journey her passion for holistic care her dedication to safe treatments how her philosophy impacts her patients. 📌 It wasn’t just about her being a dentist…it was about why patients should trust her. ✅ Talking to Patients, Not at Them I ditched the formal “Dr X has been practising for 15 years” and replaced it with language that made patients feel comfortable. It answered the questions they were asking👉🏻 “Will she understand my worries?” “Can I trust her?” 📌 Patients want to feel understood, not lectured. ✅ Emphasise Commitment: I focused on showing how dedicated and committed my client is to her work. It’s important to convey your commitment to patient care. 📌 Sharing this creates a safe and welcoming environment where patients can feel at ease. The About Me page is more than just a bio… It’s your chance to build trust and show people why they should choose you.
