'Let's break this down into bite sized pieces' ...a phrase I use a lot with my clients. A client brought me into an issue they were facing and, my response after hearing an overview, 'got it, now let's break this into bite sized pieces to get us to the end goal!' The issue, in this case, was how to schedule thousands of end users to SAP training with a limited number of trainers and weeks until go-live. After we talked about the scheduling, we found that by breaking this into pieces of the way we needed to deliver training, the task at hand was finished quickly. We looked at people. We looked at process area. We looked at best practices. We drafted a schedule. We sent invites. We delivered training. Problem solved and felt accomplished the whole time.
