Great job Dèèpak! What you're doing is truly transformative. However, from my limited experience, I've noticed that Indian companies led by promoters often end up changing less than they appear to. By Indian, I mean medium-sized companies trying to scale up to large ones, with only a few exceptions.Cheers!

2wDear Deepak, the real challenge is with Promoter-led organisations who seem to focus on compliance, alignment and optics while appointing Independent Directors and Supervisory Boards. It would be very interesting to see examples of good boards going beyond risk and compliance duties and shaping the destiny of a promoter-led company.
