Hello, I'm Richard's architects. Hey, this is my name's Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Polemon Legal. How are you doing today? I'm, I'm, I'm. I'm good. I'm good. How are you? I'm good. Thank you very much. I'm just reaching out because we provide specialized legal and accounting services tailored for event management companies like yourself. Is this something that you may have an interest in? I'm actually an architect firm so I don't really understand the event management reference. Ohh, Do you know if there were any challenges that you are facing in your company at the moment linked with any to do with vendor contracts or venue compliance, taxes or financial management? Um, not really. Um, but I mean, how does it work? In what sense? I mean, I don't know, I mean you when you talk about tax compliance. I'm just a bit confused. What? What? You mean? What do you mean? I don't know. That's OK. That's OK. Let's go again. Same thing. Focus on the intro. You're doing good. Just get the intro smooth and punchy. So Richard's Architects. OK, You're calling Richard's Architects architect? So or is what's on your list? Is it interior designers? And we have event management and interior design, right? Let's go again. So hello, Richards, interior designers. Hey, Richard, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from Poland and legal. How are you doing today? Yeah, OK, mate. How about yourself? Yeah, I'm very good. Thank you much. Thank you very much. Nearly at the weekend now. Yeah. So absolutely. Friday. Friday. Feeling right? Yeah, it's coming up. Can't wait. I don't wanna waste any any of your time, of course. So essentially the reason I'm calling today is we provide specialized legal and accounting services tailored for interior design and architectural businesses like yours. So I just want to ask the question, do you know if you're currently facing any challenges with your legal or accounting processes? So for example, with contracts or taxes or financial management? Uh, you know what, we've just taken on a new senior partner, so there's probably some stuff attached to that. So yeah, how would, how would it, how would it work then? So basically the way we would do this is we can arrange a meeting with you in let's say a week from now to kind of get an idea of all of the structural issues that you are having within your company and. In terms of what would happen on this call is. We will send you an e-mail asking all the relevant questions in a in a form and if you just fill, fill out the form. And answer all of the relevant questions we can kind of get. Let's go back and start. That's OK, It's OK. That's good. By the way, you're doing better, you're doing better, so. What you want to do is, and I know that I can hear your nerves, but that's very normal. So which, but it's good. We're just drill it. We're just drilling at the moment. Drilling. When someone says how does it work? Your default responses say, well, what I will do is I'll organize a call with my senior director, his name Deepak. And you said don't say within one week, just say have you got some time later today or do you have some time tomorrow? Forget one week today or tomorrow. Does that make sense? Yeah. Tomorrow, today or tomorrow. So don't worry about the week, OK. Yeah. Just because it was Friday. Yeah, that's OK. So then you'd say Monday. Yeah, Monday. OK. One week. And I was thinking, I have to wait a week to talk to someone. It's too long. Does that makes sense? That makes sense. So we're focusing on one section at a time. Go back again. And what I want us to. So I'm gonna do it 10 times and I want you to start playing with tone of voice speed. We're going to get all the way up to introducing the service and what we do everything else after. Don't worry about it for now. Is that make sense? And I'm gonna. That's what we're gonna draw. Cool. So. Good afternoon. Richard's interior design. Hey, good afternoon, Richard. My name is Aaron. I'm calling from Paul Lemon Legal. How are you doing today? I'm OK. What can I do for you? So essentially, I was just reaching out because we provide specialized legal and accounting services tailored for interior design and architectural businesses like yourself. OK, stop. Remember, I didn't say it was an architectural firm. I said Richard's interior design. So don't mention architecture because it confuses me. Does that make sense? Interior design businesses like yourself. Yeah. So whatever they say, you repeat back. We specialize in working with da, da, da companies. Don't add stuff. Yeah. OK. OK. OK. Because someone who's an interior design say, is that like an architect? And they might say absolutely ******* not. We're not architects. We're interior designers. Does that make sense? So only deal when the language. So cool. This is why we'll just drill the beginning. Great. Good afternoon, Richard Richards, Interior Design Company. Hey, good afternoon, Richard. My name is Aaron. I'm calling from Poland. Illegal. How are you doing today? I've been better, but what can you do? It's good to hear that you're doing alright. So I don't see what I said. That's not what I said, right? I said I've been better and you said it's good to hear that you're doing alright. What should I say in response to We've Been Better? I'm so sorry, what happened? Is everything OK? What would you say real life mate? Yeah, something like. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, so cool. But they're all good. We're gonna we're gonna practice the same. We're gonna practice. It doesn't matter. Let's go again. That's that's number three. Hello, Richards, interior designers. Hey, Richard, my name is Aaron and I'm calling from Poland Legal. How are you doing today? I'm OK. I'm calling from a company called Parliament Legal. Hey, how you doing? My name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Pearl Lemon Beagle. Hi. Afternoon, Richard. My name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company. Or Parliament legal. The reason I was reached. Do you see? I'm slightly varying each one, so I want you to repeat. We're gonna do 10 times. All I want is variation every single time. Play with it, OK? Just so you get used to playing with pitch and tone and speed and pace. So. Tell me when you're ready and I'll count you in. Yeah, yeah. OK. I'm ready. Alright, 54321. Good, that does good. Ohh. You not OK? Ohh. Hi, this is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Parlaman. How are you doing today? Oh, oh, I understand. I'm calling from a company called Poem Legal. How are you doing today? Hi, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Polemon Legal. How are you doing today? Hey, my name's Aaron and I'm, I'm just calling from a company called Pearlman Legal. How are you doing today? Hi, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Poem Illegal. How are you doing today? Change now the how are you doing today? Because that's exactly the same every single time. Change that now. Hey, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Poleman Legal. How's your day going today? Hi, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Polemon Legal. How's your Friday going so far? Very good. Hey, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Poem Illegal. How are you today? DC even within that how towards the end it became more dynamic and less. Like monotone, so the ability to add variation in speed and when you want to and to make it sound a bit more conversation. How's your Friday going today? Hey, happy Friday. My name is Aaron. I'm calling from Paragon. Top of the morning to you. Happy Friday. My name. My name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called DC. But if you can become playful with it, it's almost a way of building instant rapport and that's how you're able to instantly connect the thing. I'm dealing with a ******* person and not someone. Hello, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company and you think I'm dealing with the ******* script? I'm not dealing with the person. This is why those little bits are so important. So now we're going to do the whole pitch, right? So from the top. Hello, Richard. Richard Interior design. Hey, Richard, So my name is Aaron. I'm calling from Poland and legal. How are you doing today? So that was a bit better, but do you see how the at the at the end? I'm calling from Paula Milligan. How are you doing today? Do you see, did you hear the script in that almost? Are you able to detect it a bit more now? Yeah, Yeah, kind of, Yeah, kind of is good, kind of is better than. Sounds the same to me. So again from the top. Hello Richard. Interior Design. Hey Richard, my name is Aaron. I'm calling from a company called Poem Illegal. How's your day going so far? Yeah, not bad, not bad. Looking forward to clocking off. How about yourself? Exactly same here Richard. I can't wait but one more hour left in the day. So I'm not gonna waste your time and I'm gonna jump straight into it. Essentially, I'm calling because here at Parliament Legal, we offer specialized legal and accounting services tailored for interior design businesses like yours. Are you currently facing any challenges with your legal or accounting processes at the moment? OK, so that was. Good. But it slipped back into a bit more did did you hear it now? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Good, 100% good. That's all we're looking for today, right? We're looking and this is this is 90% of sales people get that part wrong. You hear a script in my loft. Emotionally shut down because I think I'm dealing with a ******* robot. I think I feel like that I'm like talk to me like I'm a person. Don't, don't, don't, don't, don't come at me. There's always a script that's it's a framework. So yeah, yeah, yeah. Is that what you want is a framework? I've got my bullet points. And then every time it's going to be slightly different, but people treat it like a ******* script. And even seasoned professionals ******* do it and I'm like, don't do that, but don't treat it like a script. You're not talking about script. It's a couple of bullet points. And then if it's always different slightly. Different every time. It's good, it's good and and that's what you want to do. So so so so, so. Let's keep going. And now I want you to do the whole elevator pitch five times, not ten. The whole elevator pitch. And we're gonna focus on that variation piece, OK? Should I create a less structured? Yeah, kind of. I don't. I don't like scripts because actually, yeah, it limits creative insight. Yeah, knows, I've spoken about this. But it's better to have bullet points that aren't full sentences because your mind will fill in the gaps and it'll be different every ******* time, hopefully. And that's good because then there's a bit of balance in variation. So bullet points always have bullet points. So yes, I would take people's scripts and then turn it into bullet points. Yeah, you can because you're not doing a presentation once and then you know, that's it to an audience. It's it's a, it's a, it's a performance and it changes every time. They even say in Hollywood, they say 20% of ******* scripts, people adlib. They're just ******* ad **** into the script. I was watching something with Jacquin Phoenix in the Joker where the, the one that he won an Oscar for and that I can't, you know that scene where he just goes bang, bang, bang and he knocks her clock off the wall where he slams it? They're like. That wasn't in the ******* script. He just ******* made it up on the spot. And they were like, whoa. And they kept it in the movie. And it's meant to be one of the most like Rivet. And there's, there's lots of evidence of this. So. So even at the highest level, these guys are paid millions of ******* dollars, right? Obviously they still add stuff because that's what you meant to do. And a lot of people don't. Yeah, attention to it. So it's like, don't read the script. And if you've got a script. Hollywood obviously had some particular nuances, but in sales they'll be like, OK, this is my script line by line. That's that's no, so so, so now. Turn turn your screen off for whatever you've got your script on. Just close it or switch browser, whatever. And now let's do it again. And now. Let me just ask you what are the main bullet points so you're introducing yourself. Do you remember from memory why Parliament legal are unique and how you were of interior designers? Do you know that yet? Could you just tell me? So why are parliament like why? What are what are parliament? Parliament League will do this unique with interior design. Do you know that? Yeah, it's OK if you don't. It's not a trick. It's not trying to set you up. I just need to understand if you know. No, no problem. Luna. And then don't use the script. Do you understand? So just learn the keywords. Cool. And that's the key. So yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. OK. When when you were speaking to me and Shania and I about the calling, obviously we want to tell them that we can answer any, any problem, right, We're going to say that.To view or add a comment, sign in
