There are no sales involved, only resolving reservation related issues. Work schedule: 2/2 shifts from 21:00 to 09:00. Day shifts (09:00-21:00) are also available. UTC +3 Salary: 600 euros + up to 170 euros in bonuses, depending on KPI. Holidays - double payment. Your payment will be sent straight to your bank account. Requirements: - Proficiency in Russian (C1-C2) - English level B2 or higher - Experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory if you demonstrate good communication skills in the online interview. Language proficiency will be tested, so please be honest about it. Network and PC requirements: - Download/Upload speed > 20mbps/20mbps Ping < 150ms Jitter < 30ms Note: Only fixed broadband providers are accepted; mobile data connections are not suitable. - Processor requirements: Minimum 2 cores, with a total core frequency of at least 4 GHz, not older than 10 years.
