You're family are going to love this easy to make, and delicious, shakshuka recipe 🍳 Ingredients: 🥚 1-2 eggs 🥚 Mushrooms, onion and red pepper (as much or as little as you would like) 🥚 1 can of chopped tomatoes 🥚 1/2 stick of chorizo 🥚 Paprika To make: 1. Chop the mushrooms, onion, red pepper and chorizo into small pieces. 2. Fry the vegetables and chorizo in a frying pan with a little oil. 3. Add a little paprika. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and reduce the heat to a low heat. 5. Clear an area in the pan, and add the egg. Keep the heat on low-medium until the egg is cooked. 6. Remove from the heat and enjoy!

Easy & Delicious Dinner: Jiffy Chicken This was my mom's recipe that I have modified, but it's so easy and the whole family will love it. Although I use fresh herbs and spices, this recipe will take the guess work out of it: Busy day? Prepare the day before then bake it when you get home. 1. (5) lbs chicken- I like boneless, skinless thighs, but any pieces will work. 2. (1) Lb sliced mushrooms 3. (2) 28oz cans tomato sauce 4. (4) envelopes dry spaghetti sauce mix 5. (2) tsp kosher salt Season and brown the chicken. Place it in a baking pan In a bowl, mix sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, salt. Pour mix over chicken, stir in mushrooms Bake at 350 for an hour. Serve over pasta or rice. Double this recipe for even more delicious left overs.

Just because you’re cutting out many of those processed foods, it doesn’t mean that you have to completely change what types of foods you eat! Simply changing up some classic recipes, like these Teriyaki Bok Choy Noodles, leaves you with some great meal ideas that still let you enjoy your favorite dishes! Start by adding some coconut oil to a large skillet over medium heat and once hot, add eggs, and fry them to desired doneness. Transfer these fried eggs to a plate and cover to keep them warm. Return the skillet to the heat and add the remaining coconut oil and once hot, add the bok choy, carrots, and peas. Cook it all together until tender and crisp. Toss in your cooked noodles, the sauce, sesame seeds, and scallions to heat them through. Serve the noodles topped with fried eggs! #springcleaning #mentalhealth #organization #wellness #newattitude
