I'm happy to announce i just finished my course on Elearning Essentials: linkdiln, Instructional Design! through it, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of how to create effective educational experiences, that cater to diverse learning needs The course covered several instructional design models, including ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and Bloom’s Taxonomy. These models provide structured approaches to developing educational programs. Your audience can love your training session and yet, still not learn anything. Learning and participant satisfaction are not as closely correlated as we may think. Yes, we want them to like the session. But, in addition to engaging instructional delivery, learning must be designed in a way that allows for successful knowledge transfer. Which, then leads to mindset and behavioral shifts. How do you measure learning impact and ROI? (Formally or informally, it all counts)
