Infinity Employment ♾️ After months & months of talking, we were lucky enough to start working with Lee back at the start of 2023. Since then, it's been a whirlwind 12 months (to say the least). 12 months on & the foundations of this business are so that they're in that really exciting position that some agencies are lucky enough to find themselves in: The ability to hire experienced talent into their business 👏🏻 (^ I suppose in this example I should emphasis talented individuals rather than just the one!) The next year (& beyond) is going to be really exciting for Infinity & I know I speak on behalf of the whole team here when I say how lucky we feel to be part of that journey 💯 #recruitmentstartup #recruitmentinvestment #recruitmentbusinesssupport #recruitmentbusinesssetup #businesstips #recruitmentstartuptips

In response to Polly Dennison's question on starting back up after a break or a quieter summer period, I have 4E's in mind: Enthusiasm: "Enthusiasm is the mother of effort, and without it nothing great was ever achieved." (Ralph Waldo Emerson) Effort: "Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out." (Robert Collier) Endgame: The why - the ultimate endgame is to live a life of significance, not just success. Empowerment: "Great things in business are never done by one person; they’re done by a team of people." (Steve Jobs) #HolidayMode #LinkedInNewsEurope

Being in L&D, Talent Development, or Enablement means you’re in the business of empowering others to thrive and reach their full potential. It’s a tough challenge and sometimes it can feel like trying to solve an enigma. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the real power of community lies in getting the right help and advice when you need it most. That’s exactly why Juno Journey’s rapidly growing community, The Learning Table led by our energetic and charismatic Klil Nevo, was created to give L&D, Talent Development, and Enablement professionals a space to learn, share, and yes, even complain about the occasional nonsense (because sometimes, that’s important too!). After many successful community events, we’re doubling down on the power of collaboration and teaming up with the L&D SHAKERS community. Together, we’re creating a synergy where 1+1 truly equals 3. If you’re in L&D, Enablement, or Talent Development and will be in NYC on November 12th, we’d love to see you there! (link in the first comment) #LearningAndDevelopment #TalentDevelopment #NYC

6 months in NYC: here's what I learned Today marks 6 months since joining the incredible team at Yotpo in New York City, and I've experienced tremendous growth and learning. Here are some insights I'd like to share: 1. Breaks are necessary. Moving to a bustling metropolis from a small developing country can be overwhelming. My advice? Take breaks, don't hesitate to ask for help when needed, and tackle things one step at a time. It's easy to get caught up in the 'hustle', but you need moments of calm in the middle of chaos. 2. Prioritize the team. When selecting a company to join, place a premium on the team above all else. Before making a decision, assess the work culture. You'll spend the majority of your day at work, so it's beyond important to be in an environment where you can actually thrive. 3. Master time management skills. Adapting to the fast-paced lifestyle of NYC has definitely improved my time-management skills significantly. I'm grateful for this newfound efficiency, as it has positively impacted many aspects of my life. I'd love to hear your own advice/anecdotes in the comments below. Also, feel free to ask more about my experience if you're about to embark on a similar journey.
