I love how Devin Kunysz breaks down Agentforce. How do you get started? 1. Book a workshop with Mark Miller - he'll help you identify the RIGHT, initial use cases and balance level of effort, timeline, investment, and ROI. 2. Work with Rosetree Solutions and Salesforce to demo/pilot/POC the use case 3. Implement and take it live across your organization!
I try to protect an hour on Friday for thinking. Last Friday I dedicated that hour to chatting with Evan Jochims about Agents and how we can apply them to Consumer Goods problems. As Evan said, Agents are pivoting Software as a service to service as software. In 10 minutes, Evan (with some CPG prompt building coaching from me) built and deployed a "CRO assistant agent" that could summarize the results of new item feedback meetings with retailers in Salesforce. I remember when I had innovation roles and the absolute pulling of teeth required to understand how the sell-in meetings were going. With an agent assistant, I could have just typed a quick question like "tell me about the new item feedback for Larabar Kid" and I'd have received a complete summary by retailer, with start ship dates, buyer feedback, etc.
