OR Figure out ways to give money to PGA of America Members to use to create and build Grow the Game Programs in their local communities. (If you can give $400,000 to each Ryder Cup Team Member for their charitable golf initiatives, you can $400,000 to PGA of America Members for their charitable golf initiatives.) Somehow figure ways to get the money away from the wasteful PGA of America Bureaucrats.

How do you rate yourself as a leader? This survey is worth filling out. It’s staggering that 80% of respondents didn’t have the chance to appraise their boss, but that leaders on the whole rated themselves higher than the respondents rated their bosses. One could conclude that if leaders are not getting feedback, but consistently rate themselves higher than their workforce rates them, there may be a self-awareness issue. This survey is really valuable, but only if LOTS of people across LOTS of industries fill it in. (It may, of course, be that the sort of leaders who took the time to complete the survey genuinely are the ones who do a great job! But the more people who participate, the clearer the understanding will be.) 🌟I’ll finish with a quote from a new coaching client… ‘I just want to be the best CEO I can be…’ This is a man who will be very open to hearing feedback from his people, and I’ll be encouraging that.
