At this year’s #DavinesGroupPlenum, we celebrated Beauty and Interdependence - a powerful reminder of how collaboration and shared purpose shape our journey at Davines Group | Certified B Corp. Instead of presenting by departments, teams joined forces on stage to share joint projects, demonstrating the incredible results we can achieve when we work together.  As our company grows, with increasing complexity and specialization, harmonizing our efforts becomes even more crucial. Supporting and understanding our colleagues, even beyond our immediate responsibilities, is essential for reaching our shared goals. True collaboration thrives when we stay aligned with the bigger picture while excelling in our individual missions.  Our Group has a clear direction, one that remains steady even in the face of external challenges. It’s this focus and resilience that give me confidence in the road ahead.  As we look toward 2025, my wish is for all of us to bring the same passion and enthusiasm as if it were our very first year at Davines Group.
