Growing up, I didn't win anything. My room wasn't lined with gleaming medals or trophies. Just a few old participation certificates stacked away somewhere. Today, I strive to win at everything—whether it's football or work. But now, winning isn't about self-validation. It's about recognizing and celebrating the achievements of the entire team. #TeamSuccess #GrowthJourney #CelebrateTogether #WinningTogether #TeamRecognition #PersonalGrowth #WorkAndPlay

Do you celebrate your wins? 🎉🏆 If I’m truthfully honest, I probably don’t do this enough. Running your own business can feel like a rollercoaster of highs and lows 🎢and it's all too easy to get caught up in the daily grind, which is why it’s so crucial to take a moment to celebrate your wins—no matter how small they may seem. Taking the time to celebrate your wins allows you to reflect on what you've accomplished and keeps you motivated. So as we come to the end of the month I want to take a moment to celebrate a few things: 🏆Delivered a workshop on the importance of attitude when creating a high performing team for TFL 🏆Delivered my workshop Revive and Thrive with Breathwork to InterEx Group as part of their expert series 🏆Launched my FREE 5 Day Mini Breathwork Challenge sign up here https://lnkd.in/eJaVbXHw 🏆Announced my in person Breathe & Bubbles event sign up here https://lnkd.in/egeHWXuv 🏆Delivered a webinar for Shaun Thompson 🧠 private membership group Just taking a moment to reflect on what I’ve achieved has reminded me of what I can accomplish with persistence and effort. What are you celebrating this month? Share in the comments and let’s celebrate together! 🎉🥳

This is how I celebrate my wins (you can do it too in 5 steps) I've struggled with this concept most of my life Always being driven to win and move on Never really slowing down to reflect Been there, done that .... next Leads to an empty feeling Then I learned to slow down and celebrate my wins With these 5 steps, ask yourself every day: 1) What did I learn today? 2) Look for the good in myself 3) What was my lesson today? 4) Daily reflection - how did I do? 5) What will I improve on tomorrow? Take 15 minutes at the end of every day and celebrate your wins! Have a Magical Day! P.S. Share your wins today?

When did celebrating wins become a 2-second sport? In business and in life, it’s so easy to get caught up in the stress of what needs to be done that we often overlook the good that’s happening all around us. I know from experience - we’d sign a new client, or deliver a product, and after about 2.5 seconds of celebration, we’d go right back to the grind. Sound familiar? But taking a moment to genuinely pause and acknowledge these wins, big or small, does more than just lift our mood. It builds resilience, boosts motivation, and reminds us why we started in the first place. What you focus on grows, so focus on the wins – not on the sh!t.
