Pro Tip for the cannabis company planning on hiring a Senior Salaried / Management, or Executive level hire in early 2025. To recruit for a Senior Salaried or Management role ($75,000 - $150,000) with an efficient hiring process it takes 30 days on average from launch of a hiring process to an offer accepted on a candidate , another 2-4 weeks on top of that for a start date. To recruit for a "C - Level" or a Director VP ($150,000 - $300,000+) role with an efficient hiring process it takes 45-60 days from launch of a hiring process to an offer accepted on a candidate you are excited about, another 2-4 weeks on top of that for a start date. I’d say that candidates for executive roles should generally expect the entire process to take at least 30-60 days for sure. Regardless of industry.😊
