𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘢𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦? Have you considered what you want your business or team to evolve into? Many leaders prioritize what they want to achieve in the short term, but neglect the importance of envisioning what they want to become in the long run. This is where the EOS Vision/Traction Organizer comes into play. It doesn't confine your leadership team to immediate goals; it also focuses on the future trajectory of your business. By clarifying long-term growth and revenue objectives, your leadership team can then strategize actions for the upcoming year and the next 90 days. While original 5-year goals may undergo revisions, the process of reevaluating long-term objectives annually ensures adaptability and progress. It's not a one-time activity but an ongoing exercise. Emphasizing what you want to become fosters innovation and encourages bold ideas, motivating both you and your team to pursue significant initiatives. Interested in guidance with this process? Feel free to send me a DM, and let's explore how I can assist you. https://lnkd.in/gd4PyMqa #EOS #Leadership

🌟 Serve. Lead. Elevate. And, Eat Pie 🌟 Last week, while I served hundreds of pieces of pumpkin pie 🥧 at our local high school, I had some time to think. What was I thinking? I was thinking great teams grow stronger when they serve together, fostering deeper bonds and shared purpose through acts of kindness. This spirit of collaboration aligns seamlessly with servant leadership, where leaders prioritize the growth and success of their team members by fostering trust, empowering ownership, and listening with intention. Taking it a step further, the ultimate leadership approach is leading from behind—guiding and equipping your team to excel while celebrating their strengths and building future leaders. Together, these principles transform teams, inspire growth, and create lasting impact for organizations and communities alike. 💡 Want to take your leadership and team to the next level? Start with service, embrace servant leadership, and elevate others. 👉 Learn more about creating a lasting impact in your organization here: https://wix.to/fUM4smw #Leadership #ServantLeadership #TeamBuilding #GrowthMindset #ElevateOthers #Volunteert #newblogpost

Though HBR published this piece 10 years ago, this philosophy still holds up as a fresh and genuine perspective for leaders to follow. The idea of "leading from the heart" aligns perfectly with my own leadership style. At my core, I want every person I lead to grow and realize the best version of themselves. That sort of direct mentorship was essential to getting to where I am today, and I hope to leave the same impression on my team members. No leader is perfect. No person is. But we can still put our best foot forward to lead our employees. Our greatest asset lies in our ability to connect with our teams on a deeper level, to understand their needs, aspirations, and challenges. #Leadership #HeartCenteredLeadership #Authenticity

It is virtually impossible to create a fully inclusive organization without having a strong culture in place first. Join me in Dallas on Thursday, 6/20, to learn: 1. Why culture is a critical component of your inclusion efforts. 2. How to implement inclusion strategies that strengthen your overall business, nonprofit, or place of worship. 3. Why you can't afford to put this off for another day. I look forward to seeing you there.
