As I wrap up my first three months with the CBRE Data Center Solutions team, I have found a new sense of purpose. ✅️ Transitioning from the #BritishArmy to the corporate world and in to a new industry has been a significant change, but the support and opportunities provided by many of you have made this journey incredibly rewarding. ✨️ The leadership and project management skills honed during my military service have been invaluable in my new role. The Career Transition Partnership and Forces Employment Charity commitment to leveraging the unique strengths of #serviceleavers and #veterans has made the transition an enjoyable adventure.🚀 Working with a new team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering data centre solutions has been inspiring. The collaborative environment fosters innovation and excellence for all of their employees and clients. 🙌 The past year has been a period of learning and growth. From Alliance Manchester Business School and understanding the intricacies of data centre operations, to managing complex projects, every day has presented new challenges and opportunities. 📈 2024 has been a year of transformation and new beginnings. Leaving the #CorpsofRoyalEngineers was a monumental decision, but it has opened new doors and possibilities. 🔑 I am excited about 2025 and look forward to continuing my journey as a veteran with CBRE and Turner & Townsend under the new merger of their project teams. 🤝 Thank you to my family, friends, colleagues past, present and future and my mentors for their unwavering support and guidance. 👏 Finally I would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year! 🎄🎉
Looking forward to continuing to work with you. Happy Christmas.
