I’m a big believer in building culture through once-in-a-lifetime experiences. So, for our leadership team’s Christmas party, I went all out: A 20-course omakase dinner Prepared by a Michelin-star chef Right in my living room We were explorers with chopsticks! Lots of “What IS that?” and “Why have I never had this before?” moments. It was the perfect way to wrap up a big year for 3 Owl: great food, great company, and just a few people debating how many courses it ACTUALLY takes to feel full. The bar's been set high for next year, but that's exactly the point. More reflections to come, but this one will be hard to top.
This was such an amazing time. Great people. Great food. Talk of drones. Everything a team needs. :D
Where's the app to join that team?! What a great and meaningful move....
it's been an absolute pleasure to watch you grow 3 Owl into the beast that it is. and to think i knew you back when..... Congrats David Feldman - and looking forward to watching you keep kicking a$$!
Noice!
That's a hell of a way to celebrate a great year!
It looks wonderful and unforgettable!
This was one for the books!
Love every bit of this. I've only done an omakase once and definitely want to do again. Great way to celebrate friends that are family.

1dWow—talk about a memorable way to celebrate success and build connection! Experiences like this go beyond celebration; they reinforce shared values and create stories your team will carry forward. The intentionality behind an event like this speaks volumes about leadership—it’s not just about the luxury, but about crafting moments that inspire and bond.
