Handling client needs involves finding a balance between getting new clients and being ready internally. Success with clients depends on how well we share our resources and prepare our team. Making sure resources are used well means projects run smoothly and get done on time. Recently, meeting client deadlines has been super important. But it's been tough when clients suddenly need things done ASAP, even if we had other plans. This rush has meant we've had to change deadlines, causing some disagreements. Looking back, if we'd sorted out our resources and made sure the team was ready before starting tasks, we could have handled things better. So, what's more important: making sure our team has what they need, or getting new clients and hiring later?
