Time well spent on deep dive learning into AI beyond the hype from 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion. I have been learning and following the AI space for the past few years. We have long recognized the evolution of AI, starting with predictive AI (machine and deep learning) that focused on back-end processes. Now, with the rapid rise of generative AI, which emphasizes front-end enhancement and personalized customer experiences, we are seeing the full potential of AI solutions in supporting the future of our AI-first world. The course also highlighted how Ant Group leverages gen-AI in their fintech businesses. While gen-AI offers plenty opportunities, it also brings significant risks, particularly with the rise of deepfakes that must not be underestimate. Ultimately, it is never too late for the finance industry to embrace AI as a strategic partner and catalyst for innovation.
