I sent 9 video DMs on LinkedIn and here's what happened: Compliments received: 4 Meetings booked: 2 Group coaching opportunities created: 1 This took me one afternoon. Not even a whole day. More importantly, the meetings also generated: •2 more follow-up meetings that will probably both turn into client relationships. •12 days worth of video content for LinkedIn (of just me talking on camera, directly to my ICP). Secret trick #1: If you hesitate to get in front of the camera to create content, just use video content from the camera you're already talking to all day long (aka zoom). Secret trick #2: I just heard a rumor that the best time right now to get attention from SMB and enterprise CEOs is SATURDAY MORNING between 6am and 8:30am. This scans, from my experiences. (And Sundays work too, see below). -- Quick stories of recent wins: VP of Ops of a $3 billion company replied, "I am interested to hear more". On a Sunday morning while sipping dark black coffee and listening to the birds chirp outside. $2.1m ARR in pipeline so far in 2024 from outreach just like this. (Cold email and LI.) Even better news: November and early December are usually insanely good for setting appointments with c-suite execs. Lots of decisions get made during this chunk of time. Recently opened these warm conversations for my clients with impeccably-presented outreach: CHRO, 376m healthcare company. CEO, 500m+ D2C goods co. VP HR, 1b+ manufacturing co. Head of HR, 500m+ med tech co. What about you? •Finding it easy to keep your pipeline full for your consulting, coaching, or agency services? •Word of mouth keeping you busy? •Content creation bringing in deals? •Enjoy doing your own outreach to get appointments with ideal clients? Waste of time to chat?

🚀💼 Sales and Marketing Department: A frequently underestimated asset in companies! 💼🚀 In the professional world, the Sales and Marketing department is often relegated to the background, despite its crucial role in a company's growth and success. 📈 Too often, I see companies stuck in their strategies, convinced that their current approach is sufficient. But why settle for the status quo when we can aim for excellence? 💡 It's time for companies to understand the importance of investing in the department that generates revenue, opens up new opportunities, and retains customers. 💰💡 Using outdated tools or free versions that don't meet the department's real needs only slows down the process and wastes precious time. 🛠️⏰ Furthermore, treating salespeople like mere robots, endlessly repeating the same scripts, not only makes their work tedious but also boring. It's time to value their expertise and creativity! 💬🤖 Investing in the Sales and Marketing department means investing in the future of your company. Don't underestimate its potential and its ability to propel your company to new heights! 🚀💼 #sales #Marketing #BusinessDevelopment #SalesDevelopment #LeadGeneration #Investment In addition to recognizing the importance of the Sales and Marketing department, it's crucial for companies to understand that investing in continuous training is essential. 💡 Technology and market trends are constantly evolving, and to remain competitive, team members need to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, tools, and best practices. 📚💻 Encouraging brainstorming within the team is a winning strategy. Innovative ideas often arise from collaboration and diverse perspectives. Organizing regular brainstorming sessions not only generates new ideas but also strengthens the sense of belonging to the team. 🧠💡 Finally, recognizing the efforts of team members is essential to maintain their motivation and engagement. 🏆 Success is not limited to sales figures; reaching out to someone and successfully convincing them or following a sequence to generate leads is already a significant achievement. Recognizing these efforts and celebrating small victories builds confidence and promotes a positive work environment. 🎉💬 In conclusion, investing in continuous training, encouraging brainstorming, and recognizing the efforts of team members are essential strategies to maximize the potential of the Sales and Marketing department and propel the company to success. 🚀💼 #Training #Brainstorming #Recognition #SalesDevelopment #LeadGeneration #BusinessDevelopment

Welcome to day 5 of my 31 LinkedIn Post Challenge! Today, I want to talk about Client Communication Tips: Best Practices for Clear and Effective One of the keys to success as a professional is mastering the art of client communication. It’s not just about answering emails or responding to calls—it’s about ensuring every interaction builds trust, clarity, and long-term relationships. Here are some practical tips I use to maintain effective client communication: Set Clear Expectations from the Start Before beginning any project, align with your client on deliverables, timelines, and communication channels. This avoids misunderstandings and helps both parties stay on track. Be Responsive, But Respect Boundaries Timely responses show you’re attentive and professional. However, it’s equally important to maintain boundaries. Establish work hours and communicate them to your clients to avoid burnout. Active Listening is Key Don’t just hear—listen. Make sure you fully understand your client’s needs by asking clarifying questions. Rephrasing their concerns back to them ensures you’re on the same page. Provide Regular Updates Even if you’re not asked, keep your client informed of progress. It helps build confidence and demonstrates you’re in control of the project. Use Professional Tools for Communication Tools like email trackers, CRM systems, and task management platforms can keep communication organized and prevent important details from slipping through the cracks. Stay Solution-Oriented When challenges arise, clients appreciate professionals who offer solutions, not just identify problems. Always approach with a proactive mindset and suggest alternatives when needed. End with Clarity At the end of every conversation or meeting, summarize the action points, deadlines, and next steps. This ensures both you and the client are aligned on the outcomes. Clear communication is the foundation of successful client relationships. Whether you're working remotely or in person, these tips will help you stay professional, efficient, and trusted by your clients. #ClientCommunication #VirtualAssistant #ProfessionalDevelopment #ClientSuccess #EffectiveCommunication #Digitalwitchcommunity #Employee #Customersuccess
