At Energy Support Solutions Ltd we’ve seen first-hand how many businesses miss out on significant savings on their energy bills, especially when it comes to the Climate Change Levy (CCL). It’s one of those charges that many companies don't realise they can reclaim, but we’re here to change that. For example, we are working with a large engineering company that is paying approximately £2,452.39 every month in CCL charges. Through our work, we are now working to claim back 48 months’ worth of payments, resulting in a possible refund of £117,714! But it’s not just about the past - we also ensure that businesses like yours can secure CCL exemptions for the next five years, leading to ongoing future savings. If your company is in engineering, powder coating, welding, glass manufacturing, tile manufacturing, or any other manufacturing industry, we can help you claim back CCL charges too. If you’re not sure whether your company is eligible, or if you’d simply like to learn more about how we’ve helped others save, I’d love to have a conversation with you. Let’s talk about how we can help your business start saving.

The climate change levy rates are changing which may mean your business needs to complete new PP10-11 form for your supplier and for HMRC. The Climate Change Levy is a tax on the amount of energy a business consumes. Businesses with certain qualifying processes are entitled to up to a 92% discount on electricity CCL charges and an 89% discount on gas CCL charges which for large businesses is a significant saving on invoices. With energy commodity prices increasing significantly compared to pre-covid levels. a tangible and clear saving on your business energy bill is well worth exploring. Here at GLEG we offer a fully delivered management service to maximise CCL savings and minimise your time to deliver this. The scheme is likely to re-open for new applicants later this year. To understand whether your business is eligible for these savings please contact [email protected]. #sustainability #sustainableenergy #carbonneutral #carbonfootprint #netzero #environmentalsustainability

What does ‘pledge’ actually mean? I could pledge £10 to my daughter to run a marathon it doesn’t mean that I have actually given her the money. Who are the Government ‘pledging’ the money to? Two big projects, it talks about creating jobs and capturing carbon but where will the majority of the £22bn end up? In shareholders pockets, or big corporations bonuses. Is this cunningly disguised trickle down economics which has failed to deliver any benefits to the majority of the nation. Just increase the bank accounts of the ultra rich. How about supporting the SMEs, who are the life blood of this country, job creators and spenders of cash in communities some of this support.

Did you know that federal and state tax credits are available for simply installing a heat pump? 💰 Governments worldwide are encouraging the adoption of heat pump technology to combat climate change and conserve energy through various tax credits and incentives. While the upfront cost of a heat pump may be higher than traditional systems, the long-term energy savings can outweigh the initial investment. With available tax credits, rebates, and other incentives, the payback period can be shortened, making this transition more affordable. Embrace a cleaner, more energy-efficient future with heat pump technology: https://loom.ly/qF0_p-Q #sustainableliving #heatpumpbenefits #cleanenergy #sustainability
