Sales development reps of BDR, BDR, we call it the loving they called DDR and SDR's in the states. They're kind of like the entry level cold calling salesperson and at the office in Chicago for Databricks, there's, there's a lot of these younger, younger professionals that are in this role. And one of them, a couple of them actually started talking to at the beginning of the year about using ChatGPT with their, with their communications. And I just started talking about, hey, you know, you're trying to talk to this person, go to their LinkedIn profile, grab some stuff out of there hastening GPT. Basket, Hey, how do I communicate with this person as briefly as possible in order to get them to engage with me? And that was actually really good. I have now 2-3 people that have their own prompt libraries that they have in like a doc that they go to. They have all process now go to LinkedIn, scan the profile, grab the relevant bits out, go into GPT asking, hey, what do I need to tell this person in order to get them to engage with for this cause. And it's actually pretty darn good. Now I gotta be honest though, the guy that I originally had trained to do this said after a while he learned. How to do it? And he just writes his own emails now and so. Yeah, that was brilliant. I actually looked back and I was like, so did the chacha PT helped train him? Did we focus the human based upon feedback from the AI? And I'm like, that opened UA, completely different thought process. It's like, can we use these alms, train people to do better? I don't know. So those are some of the things that I'm seeing definitely with communications.
