I love an efficient process! Even though here Matthijs Huiskamp, our fearless leader at Altura, is talking about our processes in product and engineering, it made me think about bid teams. To the second point, having clear processes helps manage growth without chaos for bid teams as well. Like in engineering, a structured approach keeps the team focused on valuable bids, prevents inefficiency, and turns hard work into real wins, not just extra tasks. So if a bid team is scaling in order to deal with a capacity issue, clear processes allow them to handle more bids effectively as they grow. How important are processes to you? #bidprofessionals
