Using my Perfectly Plumb Method I help families upsize to their dream home, north of Toronto.

I've had a few awkward home showing experiences. Over the years! One of the more notable ones that comes to mind... I was showing a single mother homes one afternoon. We arrived at our last home to view for that day. As always I knock, ring the door bell. Upon no response I open the lock box and enter. When inside the home I ALWAYS announce myself. Saying "Hello" or "Real Estate". Again, nothing. So we're good to go right? My client and I tour the main floor. We then proceed to the 2nd floor for a look around. If you've toured homes you know you're not quiet. You're talking and discussing the whole time. So... Last but not least the finished basement. As we head down we noticed the lights were on. The rest of the home had the lights off. Getting a weird "spidy sense" I again start saying "Hello". Again no response. As we get down to the bottom of the stairs we turn to see... A sweaty young man in front of a computer console with headphones on. I'll let you put together what he was doing... He was as red as a road flare when he saw us. Needless to say we hustled it out of there and my client did NOT offer on that home Have you had awkward moments when touring homes? . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. #bekind #realty #properties #homeforsale #bradfordrealestate #realtor #newhome #realestate #househunting #forsale #realestateagent #newmarketrealestate #aurorarealestate #aurora #newmarket #stouffville #hollandlanding #queensville #mountalbert #uxbridgerealestate #stouffvillerealestate #hollandlandingrealestate #eastgwillimbury #remax
