A year ago, Kelly and I decided we were going to set up our own care company from scratch. Along the way, we met the team at Lonsdale Capital Partners LLP, who have believed in us and our plan from the first time we met them. The team there have been everything we would want in their unwavering support for us. Fast forward eleven months... and Senior Home Care Group was set up. On Monday 9th December, we completed our first of a number of acquisitions. We are delighted to announce that we will be working with the team at Future Care Solutions in Cambridgeshire. Last week, we met more of the team at Future Care and a lot of clients at the Christmas lunch... and were bowled over by their passion and desire on what was an emotional day. We have several more acquisitions in the pipeline, but are on the look out for a few more home care businesses in and around the Home Counties. Ideally, they would be heavily private pay focused, single site, home care only businesses, with an EBITDA over £150k. They could be hourly or live-in domiciliary care, introductory care, or similar.
