Young Talents 😎 They are More than What most Think They Are 💡 This is Yuz and Amrul, my trainees for a special coaching programme with the objective to equipped them with methods to develop skillset that will allow them to be industry ready (Specific) The programme that I've design for them comprises of few courses, that is: - ✅ Creative Problem Solving (Give them a tool differentiate type problems and ways to identify the root cause eventually tool to come up with practical solution) ✅ Recognizing People’s Behaviour (A framework that allows them to identify the behaviour patten of people at workplace and how to accommodate for optimum communication) ✅ Understanding Changes (These talents are still new to employment world, exposing them with the fact that changes is the only constant allows them to be prepared to face the challenges ahead of them) ✅ Conflict Resolution (Identify and curbing conflict at workplace be it with within team, other department or external party. Its important for them to be able to manage and solve the conflict for operation and culture sustainability. I received more question from them than any of my previous session with other groups. I am proud that even in their early 20s, they already taking their career and personal growth very seriously and their interest in continuous learning caught my attention. We need every young talent in Malaysia to have this same if not better momentum in achieving great success.
