How do we build software products nowadays? Or maybe a better question is, is the way we are building software good enough? In my domain of project management, I experience the full journey from an idea to product and that journey is never a straight line! The journey also involves multiple stakeholders at different capacities, multiple tools, multiple processes. And the results often are failed projects, over budget projects, growing maintenance costs or unmet customer needs. We have been so inspired by our own failures and so passionate about enabling software companies to deliver the right functionality the first time.
