🚀 It's not Rocket Science - Insight Session #1! 🚀 🔍 It's been quite the journey filled with ups, downs, and a ton of learning curves. Today, I'm thrilled to share some insights from our adventure in the tech realm, since the time has come for us finally stepping into the limelight! 🌟 💡 First off, let's talk IT infrastructure: We started out riding the waves of VPS hosting and cloud services, but guess what? We're shaking things up by building from scratch with our very own private cloud spanning through multiple countries with dozens of physical machines being build and interconnected 📚 But that's where it gets interesting. As someone with a pure economics background, diving into the nitty-gritty of physical servers and computer networking was a wild ride. But you know what? The challenge is what makes it all worthwhile. 💪 💻 Just wrapped up a one-week hackathon - it was a whirlwind based on sleep deprivation and lots of Monster energy drinks! Setting up over 100 virtual machines per server to deploy our applications was no small feat, neither was dealing with the associated errors day in day out 🛠️ And speaking of challenges, shoutout to the Thomas Lange from the University of Cologne for his fully automatic installation tool. It's been quite a lifesaver for creating those troublesome ISO images 🎉 So here's to new beginnings, to pushing boundaries, and to embracing every hurdle along the way. Here's to growth, learning, and making our mark in this ever-evolving tech landscape Let's keep the momentum going! 💥 #TechJourney #Innovation #StartupLife #Cypsec #tech #startup #business #developing

How do we build software products nowadays? Or maybe a better question is, is the way we are building software good enough? In my domain of project management, I experience the full journey from an idea to product and that journey is never a straight line! The journey also involves multiple stakeholders at different capacities, multiple tools, multiple processes. And the results often are failed projects, over budget projects, growing maintenance costs or unmet customer needs. We have been so inspired by our own failures and so passionate about enabling software companies to deliver the right functionality the first time. My colleagues made a video that best explains what we do and how we help our customers 🚀 #productdevelopment #softwaredevelopment #projectmanagement #startups

0 to 250000 Users in 6 Months! Learn how did we scale from nothing to 250000 users in just around 6 months. One of the product that we architected and developed got so much traction that it became viral and we started getting high numbers of new and active users each day. Technically speaking, all our products are architected with a certain scale and growth to avoid over-engineering and keeping time to market and operating costs in mind. This product that started out as an MVP and we had no idea that it would catch so much of the traction in a short timespan. Thankfully, we had leveraged several cloud services to make the scaling out possible in a matter of few minutes. Today, the platform is used 24x7 by the users across the world and we are adding new and interesting features with every sprint. The architecture has been evolved to be highly available and fault tolerant. This proves that Zignuts is not just consulting but also backs that with actions that drive growth and value. We are proud that Zignuts is helping entrepreneurs, business owners and startups across the world by developing and supporting MVPs and reliable products that work at scale. Right from the product ideation, discovery, consultation, prototyping to a stable and reliable product, we provide hand-holding support and professional engineering services that make our clients proud of us. Technology innovation has supercharged how we work for the past three decades. Hardware engineering, however, has been left behind, with most practicing engineers still working with software their mentors were trained on. With AI and the cloud, that's changing. Startups have a chance now more than ever to build new platforms to meet the moment and unseat long-entrenched incumbents. Read more from Omar Fidawi and Juliette Chevallier on the history of hardware engineering and the work that is key to advancing these fields. https://lnkd.in/gBTWRDy8
