Not to give away too many of the business secrets, but we are moving a lot of our clients to Cove for backups because it is NAS vendor agnostic if you are going to use one in the middle, and Cove just works better. The first client I put on it still hasn't had a single unsuccessful backup after 3 months. I can't go a couple weeks with the other vendors I've had. We go through N-able for it among other products.
