DNS can be a tricky business, especially when it comes to private endpoints in Azure, multiple spokes and in conjunction with on-prem environments. But fear not, Azure's Private Resolver service is here to help! 🦸 With this service, you can have a centralized location for all your DNS queries, making things simpler and more efficient. Check out this video to learn more, see how it works, and even get a step-by-step guide on how to set it up. #Azure #MVPBuzz #AzureArchitecture #AzureFundamentals

📽️ New video drop!!! First part of a multipart series on resiliency options in Azure Compute (CRP). Today I'll explore Azure resiliency with loose VMs using fault domains and AZs. I'll also demonstrate how to use the IMDS from my VMs to check contextual information about my VMs from the inside! https://lnkd.in/eZRCu4Kb

⚡Attention to fellow Azure Engineers. Recently my microservices of the dev environment failed to connect to my Azure subscription. Services are configured with workload identity for the authentication process. I noticed that everything was redeployed 3 days before in my AKS Cluster, thus dived into the AKS logs to that specific date, noticing that my node's image was updated by Microsoft Azure at 2 am. Of course i suspected that might have something to do with the connectivity issue. Turns out workload identity was disabled on my AKS Cluster and after enabling it again, everything was back on track. Be aware. 🧐 #devopsengineering #cloudengineering #azure #kubernetes #devopsproblems #microsoftazure

Running Azure CLI Commands With MFA ~~ Azure is going to enforce MFA — how does that impact your Azure CLI operations? ~~ Azure will soon enforce MFA for all. How will that affect the Azure CLI? And why do I like AWS IAM better? (NOT Identify Center / SSO) https://lnkd.in/dZ-H5C9G

Today I earned my "Host your domain on Azure DNS" badge on Microsoft Learn! I learned about domain delegation and creating alias records. The use of load balancers to avoid overloading certain azure resources is also just as important.
