Pizza Traveler Round 18. My wife Sabrina Scudder wanted a kid-free dinner so I booked us a week long trip to Naples, Italy to eat pizza every day and take some pizza making classes. Naples actually surprised to the upside -- highly recommend both for the pizza and history. If you go to Pompeii, note that they have taken the bodies out of the ruins and put them into a museum (this was disappointing to me). Also got some Roman style pizza in Rome but the winner is Neapolitan style. Thank you Cody Sedler Ed Pompili Kyle Antoian for Naples recommendations and Molly Boynton for spiritual support. And Jeremy Lizt for hotel verification.
Naples is such a vibe. Has that wild energy that cities by the sea usually do. Feels like anything can happen there.
Did you pay your respects to Da Michele, or are you not much of a waiting in line guy? 🙂
Did you talk about data though?
Pizza Traveler updates never disappoint. This will be a tough one to top.
way to make us all look bad
Which pizza places did you hit? The big ones on Tribunale?
Jeffrey Richman I tried out a 30% tilt
Oh I want to go there some day
I love this- I want to travel the world and eat pizza when I retire!
