Here are 3 ways to train your ability to refocus: 𝟭) 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲:  Our cognitive focus often follows our visual focus 𝟮) 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Practicing to bring your attention back to a focal point helps train your brain to refocus. 𝟯) 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀:  After intense focus, it is important to allow periods of undemanding activities to let the brain rest.
