As a senior #franchise consultant with extensive experience working with major global restaurant chains like Subway, Burger King or French burger brand Quick, I've witnessed the crucial role franchising plays in the restaurant industry.
I've also been a multi-unit franchisee, owning and operating two co-branded Subway and Dunkin' locations in Madrid, and serving as the Exclusive Agent for French pizza brand Le Kiosque à Pizzas in Spain and Portugal, overseeing eight locations.
Based on these experiences, I decided to focus my consulting practice solely on the restaurant sector.
