Celebrating 6 months at next week Hinterview. The coolest discovery I've made after speaking with recruitment business owners everyday for half a year is... There isn't one way to be successful: Some recruiters are die-hard cold callers. Some use content to build their brand. Some specialise in candidates. Some go to events. Some do a combination of everything! The biggest learn I've had is that whatever avenue you choose... whether its cold calling or using video the recruiters and businesses that are most successful are those that can differentiate themselves and get themselves speaking to more people. #recruitment #video
