Why Linkedin and YouTube are the most effective platforms for B2B The data below shows the results. My take on why? - LinkedIn - Users are here to connect and learn from experts. If ads are positioned in a way that can help me as a user solve a problem or increase my team's effectiveness, I’m more likely to take note here than on Facebook. - YouTube - Video content is in general users preferred way to receive information, and it is more memorable too. Most often its searched for. Here “effectiveness” includes anything “somewhat effective” and above. If I was doubling down on two platforms…. It would be Linkedin and YouTube. I'm also not calling others ineffective, just that these are more effective.

Your biggest fans on LinkedIn are unlikely to become your best customers. It’s tempting to think high engagement equals high-value leads. But sometimes those enthusiastic likers and sharers are amplifying your voice rather than becoming customers. And that’s OK! Your best new customers are most likely the silent majority on LinkedIn: the ones who aren’t engaging now but are quietly deciding to trust you, your business, and your expertise. I'm pretty biased here, but I love newsletters. I did one for my last startup. I have a personal one. And I've gotten to launch a customer-facing one for Checkpoint EHR. It's a great way to gear specific content and CTAs to a precise audience. For #therapists, it's a way to: 👉 Keep your network engaged 👉 Provide valuable content 👉 Generate WOM referrals 👉 Show your subject-matter expertise 👉 Share about upcoming events 👉 Test out other services and partnership offerings 👉 And measure engagement Even if it's only once a month with a few sentences and a link to your latest blog or webinar... that's something! A simple website form and an automated email platform (like Mailchimp), can go a long way. At the end of the day, having a newsletter - as I know Michael Fulwiler will attest - allows you to "own your audience" (i.e. being able to directly communicate with your connections rather than relying on social media algorithms). That's a valuable opportunity you don't want to miss!

This is how you are actually going to grow your business in 2024: The HARDEST part of growing a business is obvious; Getting clients/sales. It doesn’t matter how amazing your product is, and it doesn’t matter if you are the BEST at what you do if you don’t know how to market your business. If you want your business to be successful this year you are going to have to: 1. UTILIZE SOCIAL MEDIA - Social media is a tool that business owners in todays day in age have the opportunity to use. It is a place where you can network and make sales/meet clients. -The entire world of business has CHANGED COMPLETELY ever since social media came into the picture. Now more than ever it is important to post, engage, and grow a community@for your business online. All of your competitors are doing it!! 2. BUILD AN EMAIL LIST - I know, every time you see those marketing emails you either never open them or send them to trash. Did you know it on average takes someone 7+ times of seeing your business to actually interact? If someone signed up for your email list they more than likely follow you on social media too. It is all about name recognition, it will drive curiosity and lead to a new potential customer. 3. Speaking of, NAME RECOGNITION - You are going to have to put yourself out there OVER AND OVER AGAIN. When first starting my business I got rejected more times than I can count. I obviously don’t share most of my rejections online, but trust me I have experienced my fair share. - The more you show up, the more people will start to remember who you are. When you engage with content, people will see you username and recognize that you often engage. This will lead them to show more interest and be more likely to engage back with you! 4. SHARE EVERYWHERE - But at the same time, don’t spread yourself too thin. My main platform is Instagram, but I repurpose all of my IG content to Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube shorts, TikTok, and X (Twitter) - I have gotten clients from most of these platforms that I wouldn’t have gotten if I only posted on Instagram. If you really want to grow your business you want as many people to see you as possible. #businessowner #socialmediamarketing

Is your personal brand visible enough? If you're a SaaS founder, the number one thing you should seek is exposure on social media, especially on LinkedIn. Why? No one would endlessly and tirelessly talk about your product like you would (and it matters). Here's a quick checklist for visibility on here: ☑️ Have a consistent posting schedule. ☑️ Have a well defined post branding, so people quickly recognise you. ☑️ Have a personal opinion - don't be afraid to be controversial. ☑️ Have an outreach campaign on so you connect with your ICP. ☑️ Start a few conversations per week. ☑️ Actively comment on popular accounts and in groups. What else would you add on here? 🙋🏻♀️ #LinkedInMarketing #LinkedInContent #LinkedInManagement #B2B

Unlocking LinkedIn’s B2B power isn’t rocket science. It’s about smart strategies. With over 740 million active users, LinkedIn has evolved into a powerful platform for businesses—especially in the B2B space. If you're not taking advantage of it, you’re missing out! Here are key tips for creating a winning LinkedIn strategy: 1. Complete Your Business Page: A complete profile gets 30% more views, so don’t skip any sections. Fully optimized pages unlock helpful tools like Content Suggestions. 2. Strategically Invite Followers: You get 100 credits to invite personal connections to follow your page. Spread them wisely and build up your content before inviting anyone. 3. Follow the 5-3-2 Rule: - 5 posts should be shared content (Trending Articles or industry news) - 3 posts should be original content (explainer videos, thought leadership, etc.) - 2 posts should be fun, personal content to give your brand a human touch 4. Post 2-5 times a week: Keep your content fresh and engaging, with the best times being Tuesday through Friday during business hours. Don’t overdo it—posting more than once a day can reduce your reach. LinkedIn is your best friend when it comes to targeting a business-minded audience without the distraction of memes or non-relevant content. Focus on consistency, and watch your engagement grow!
