Today, I had the enriching opportunity to attend a Supplier Diversity Roundtable at Corporate College. The insights shared by panelists Dawn Mayes, M.Arch, NOMA, Assoc. AIA, Andrew Boyd, Gloria Ware, Erika Hill, and Sheena F. were nothing short of illuminating. It was a couple of hours well spent, reconnecting with familiar faces and making new connections. These interactions remind us that our journey at Enidan Marketing is not just about growing businesses but also about fostering a community where diverse suppliers thrive. The discussions today reinforced this belief, highlighting the importance of readiness and the power of diverse perspectives in unlocking business potential. Looking forward to bringing these fresh perspectives into how we help our clients at Enidan Marketing prepare for and capitalize on new opportunities. Let’s keep the conversation going—how do you prepare your business to thrive in diverse environments? Saidah Farrell #10,000 Small Businesses Andrea N. Boyd. We are looking forward to Construction Inclusion Week! While we work hard to be inclusive all the time, this is an excellent reminder that being intentional is crucial to making an impact. I challenge everyone to make efforts in your workplace to create an intentionally inclusive environment. When you are building your teams, ask yourself if you have created a team that includes people from different backgrounds, different cultures, genders and points of view. Studies have shown that diverse teams are the most productive, the most profitable and the most resilient. #constructioninclusionweek #Inclusion #construction
Thanks JE Dunn Construction for your continued support & participation as an #AmbassadorSponsor of #ConstructionInclusionWeek and as a #LocalMarketUnderwriter of our Kansas City Networking Event. Together, we’re helping build workplaces where respect, belonging, and accountability thrive.
