The key to handling “what if” thoughts isn’t about solving them—it’s about believing you can handle whatever happens, even if your fears come true.

You hate what you do. This is a common thought shared by many. But, they fail to understand the reasoning behind this feeling. Always ask yourself these questions to reflect:- 1. What in specific terms triggered that feeling? 2. Is this trigger in my control? 3. What can I do to overcome it? 4. How should I respond to this trigger? Understanding and being practical about these questions can help you avoid taking impulse decisions that you might regret later.

Core negatives keep you scared. So you stay in your uncomfortable comfort zone. 1) Reflect - What are your negative beliefs? Who or what has influenced your negative beliefs? 2) Please believe that they are just beliefs, not facts. Are you convinced yet? 3) If yes, are you willing to confront them? Some great opportunities and possibilities are still available for you - how badly do you want them? 4) If yes, how are you going to discard them? Unblock and FLOW! It is a process, practice patience. 😉🤗

Feeling angry? Instead of reacting to anger, lean into: “Hmm, that’s an interesting thought.” Anger is thinking about a thought. You don't control thoughts. You do control how you think about thoughts. Turning attention back on itself turns down the volume. Thoughts have a short shelf life when observed. Knowing the difference between thoughts and thinking is a good skill to master.

Who controls your thoughts? An important question because your thoughts will create emotions and your emotions will trigger actions. If your don’t control your thoughts then ultimately you don’t control your actions. Is that who you want to be? We need to regulate our thoughts by aligning them to our core, our values, our validated beliefs. Intentional thinking is a superpower.

Why does this happen to me only??? A question we have at least once in our lives asked ourselves or to our loved ones, usually in the moments when we feel broken or fed up with something. But you know what. I was thinking about it, then this comes to my mind: There have been millions of people who have lived their lives. The kind of troubles you face, the kind of situations you get into—so many people have already been there. In my opinion, there is a finite probability that you are just living an almost exact life that someone has already lived. So, the question of "Why always me?" doesn't really make sense. However, there's something you must do if you get such a feeling. Actually, this feeling is more like a fear. A fear of failure. A fear of not achieving. A fear of disappointing your people. A fear of missing out on something. But the only solution is: ACTION! ACTION CURES FEAR! These words from the book "The Magic of Thinking Big" have always stuck in my mind. In bad situations, you get hundreds of thoughts bursting in your mind. Just do one thing in such a case: SIT for 2 minutes. Realize the most important action you must take to solve that problem. And start doing that. The ACT of working towards your FEAR is what CURES it.

GET OUT OF YOUR HEADDDDD !!!! It’s time to leave it behind and live life. Now you’re probably wondering what I’m talking about… I’m talking about negative thinking. Things such as victim mentality, negative self talk, no confidence etc. From my experience these hinder you to such a degree that I can’t even explain it well. But one thing I do know for sure is that once I did escape that way of thinking and that mindset of life, many things got so much better. There are many ways to escape this mindset but it will take LOTS and LOTS of patience with yourself, but more importantly remember to give yourself grace. Shifting mindsets and unconscious negative thinking is not easy by any means. But once you do break free from it, you’ll look at yourself and life in much brighter light. It’s time to escape from yourself and I’m here to help you. #JuanThought Have a fantastic Friday and weekend everyone!!! ♻️Found this insightful?! Time: The Great Equalizer We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Yet, how often do we catch ourselves saying, 'I don't have time'? Those words are not a reflection of reality, but rather a manifestation of our own self-imposed limitations. When we say 'I don't have time,' what we're really saying is: - I'm not prioritizing this task. - I'm overwhelmed. - I'm procrastinating. - I'm afraid to take action. This is human psychology at play. We tend to: Blame external circumstances. Compare ourselves to others. Focus on obstacles instead of opportunities. But what if we flipped the script? What if we acknowledged that everyone has the same 24 hours, and it's up to us to: Prioritize what truly matters. Break tasks into manageable chunks. Take consistent action towards our goals. Remember, time is neutral. It's our mindset that dictates how we utilize it. So, let's challenge ourselves: What's one task you've been putting off? What's the real reason behind your delay? What small step can you take today? Share your insights in the comments!

Think back to a time when you tried to push through something tough with logic alone. Maybe you were trying to “let go” of a grudge. Or convince yourself to stop feeling insecure. Or force yourself to feel motivated when you were dragging. How’d that work out? Logic is slow and it’s no match for the emotional side of your mind. That’s why, even if you’ve rewritten your story a hundred times, those old emotions keep surfacing. They control your reactions, the way you see challenges, and even how you make decisions. With **re-emotioning**, you don’t waste time rewriting. You dissolve the emotional root, so you can finally make progress without the weight of the past holding you back. Imagine feeling clear, decisive, and powerful every day—without dragging emotional baggage behind you. If you’re ready for that, DM me, and I’ll show you how it works.
