Six years, two degrees, and a new job! This September I earned my Master’s in Space Engineering from TU Delft | Aerospace Engineering, with a thesis focused on the design, development, and implementation of novel tools and techniques for verifying spacecraft. These techniques - which make the verification process far faster and substantially cheaper - are currently being applied to The Exploration Company’s Nyx vehicle (Europe’s first privately funded space capsule). Many thanks to my supervisors Eberhard Gill from TU Delft, and Jon Reijneveld from TEC, without whom this thesis would not have happened. Luckily, my time with TEC isn’t over! I’ve moved back to the US as a Flight Computing Engineer, supporting the efforts of our branch in Houston, TX. My thanks to Kevin Watson for taking me on board, as we build the next generation of safety-critical computing systems. My graduation marks the culmination of six years studying at TU Delft - the most important and meaningful years of my life. Over those six years I have met many great friends, worked with many exceptional colleagues, benefited from several fantastic mentors, and been blessed with a supportive family. Thank you all. I couldn’t have done it without you, and I look forward to what comes next.
Nice to have you back working on the hardware side of things again !
