In general life, 'revolutionise,' is defined as changing something radically or fundamentally - usually for the good. In recruitment, rather strangely it means: Overcomplicate Overengineer Confuse Convolute Distract If you see any recruitment-related business, person or service using the word 'revolutionise,' - run for the hills. Recruitment needs to be the opposite - simplified. With a focus on the basics of delivering great people; through a great service; at great value. Nothing else needed. Happy Friday.
