OpenAI opening up #CustomGPTs to free users = gamechanging. How many #AccessToJustice (#A2J) tools can be built atop CustomGPTs? #LegalAid organizations can just upload their existing FAQ documentation — letting their CustomGPTs do the Retrieval Augmented Generation (#RAG). Landlord evict you unlawfully? Questions about your local ordinance? Legal Aid organizations and #courts have a brand new outreach and self-help tool. Users can ask questions in their native languages (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalong, Hmong, Chinese, Arabic). Dead simple to expand access to justice. 🚀

Free users? Doesn’t it have to be 4.0?

Yeah for sure - although I think privacy is still a concern. But if there were a service that easily helped you automate the creation of a RAG-based bot on your materials *and* guaranteed privacy *plus* enabled the easy deployment on your site or another site (or another channel like text messaging), that'd be amazing...

Just need to devote some pro bono domain expert hours at it. You would probably know a few law firms who would be happy to do this! Maybe even someone like Joe Green?
