Operations Manager MATES In Construction

Shut it down WA (kind of)!! As the office at MATES in Construction WA slowly closes its doors for 2024 we want to celebrate the amazing people in our industry. 2024 what a year 💪👍🏻 9000+ people trained in our suicide prevention program in the WA construction and mining industries 🤯🤯 400+ supported by our case managers 💙💓❤️ 1000s of km's travelled ✈️ 🚗 Launch of a WA first and research in our industry 🤓 📖 New additions to our program 🖊 Record breaking MATES Lunch ⬆️🔝 A few cold dips 🥶 🏊♀️ Plus heaps more ++++ But most importantly an unbelievably passionate team finishing the year strong with smiles on their faces 😀 For those who got behind MATES and your crews - THANK YOU!! Without your efforts a lot more people would be struggling, these wins are yours. We are the facilitators of a program, your the ones making a difference 💯💯 For anyone who may be struggling during the break the MATES 24/7 support line is still operational: 1300 642 111 #mateshelpingmates #beamate #checkonyourmates #toolsdown #speakup #youreagreatbunch #matesfamily
