Recently, I've come across an organisation that charges for a paralegal training course and guarantees an internship. In my opinion, it's important to know that you do not need to pay to learn how to be a paralegal! Paralegal training can and should be gained through legitimate channels such as internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level positions in law firms, which often provide the necessary training on the job. Paying for such courses can be an unnecessary expense and, in some cases, might even be a scam. What do you think?

Important advice I received as a 4th year law student! Surround yourself with good people! The last lap of law school is very tiring for everyone, be it managing internships, academics, competitions, publications, or relations, everything requires our time and energy. What eases out the process is: YOUR SURROUNDING Spend time with people who are kind to you and understand your journey. Have conversations with them about the problems you experience. Bonus: Don’t compare your journeys/internships/opportunities with anyone! Your health and well-being are crucial at this point! PS: Sometimes, I find people who make things easier for me, but there are also days when I prefer being alone to avoid unnecessary involvement.
