It seems that the White House may have been paying attention to Helpt's social media posts as they have decided to crack down on many of the customer service failings that we have been complaining about. The initiative "Time is Money" includes goals such as: ✅ Simplifying subscription and membership cancellations. ✅ Requiring airlines to refund canceled or significantly changed flights when no acceptable alternative is offered. ✅ Enabling online health claim submissions. ✅ Holding companies accountable by banning fake reviews and ensuring honest feedback. ✅ Reducing reliance on ineffective chatbots for customer service. ✅ Streamlining communication between parents and schools. But the most relevant one to us is mandating companies to provide direct human contact through a single button press. This is the entire goal of Helpt: making access to a human support agent as quick and seamless as possible.
