There was lots of #AUKUS talk at the Farnborough International Airshow. With UK and Australian senior leaders present, it was a time to reinforce the Aerospace Industries Association's focus on operationalizing the security partnership through strong industry participation. A few days ago, Emma Hamilton, Elizabeth Patterson and I hosted our first #AUKUS webinar, highlighting #AIA's perspective on how the partnership can succeed. We covered #exportcontrols, #defensetrade, and focused on the need to continue to expand the industrial partnership between the #AUKUS nations. If you're looking for a quick review of the industry perspective on #AUKUS as we approach a critical milestone on #ITAR exemptions for the UK and Australia, this is worth your time. #AIA #AUKUS #exportcontrols #defensetrade #aeroinsights https://lnkd.in/dhvDDqjA
