2wDaen Fox - Great post - Pretty sure I saw the same things this time last year and little has changed - TA Professionals need to start investing in the solutions that help them become smarter and faster . I agree that Employer Brand is KEY - Recruitment Advertisements NEED to tell the story - there is little point investing large sums in an employer brand on a website when the advertisements are cut and paste job descriptions . 2025 is going to be an interesting year in what has ben a brutal market - BUT - Its is great yo see more and more TA Professionals getting back into roles .
