Anyone else started their annual revenue planning yet? Stephanie Valenti said it perfectly in a PavilionU course I took a while back, "Your forecast is your fight for resources!" What investments do you need to have an achievable and believable forecast? One of the biggest mistakes you can make is not treating revenue as a team sport. You need to collaborate and align with your executive team and truly understand how they are looking at their year because all the puzzle pieces need to come together. It's a combination of art + science where data only tells part of the story. This is just one of the ways that I have received value out of Pavilion. Taking a course, validating my perspective and hearing other perspectives to round out my experience.
